I would have loved to continue the streak of 5 stars, but I wasn't serviced. I want to rate this a 1, but I want to be fair to the business owners.I came on what I knew would be a busy day (Friday the 13th) because of high ratings and no advertised specials. It was important to me to get the tattoo that day, and I didn't want to risk a huge line (my usual artist, at a different shop,is on an unexpected leave, and wasn't able to keep my appointment). I was quoted an hour/ hour and a half wait and was estatic to get the tattoo on a special day. They were apparently running a promotion anyway, but I would have happily paid full price. After about 2 hours and 15 minutes waiting (while the artist was apparently tattooing another employee) I was told there were 2 people before me. I understand a wait time. I do not understand being so wildly off with that time that it cost me an opportunity to go to another shop. I do not understand making paying clients wait while servicing what appeared to be an employee. I have worked in retail and salons. I have a solid understanding of customer service. It also takes a lot for me to complain. But I have never felt so devalued as a customer

super friendly people. even when i called for quick piercing prices, he was super nice and didn't make me feel i was bugging him. (unlike other places i called!). he actually made me feel wanted and wasnt super quick to hang up. very reasonably priced. although, not the cheapest place i called (not the most expensive either!), but his friendliness and welcoming manner made me choose them. im a big sissy and he didn't make me feel bad for oooing and owwing thru my piercing. he answered all my questions and didn't make me feel dumb for asking them. (i have def felt that way by other people where ive gotten other piercings done; horrible feeling.) my 2 yr old son was with me too and they were very sweet and welcoming to him as well. my son felt like he made a new friend. ;) i would def go back and highly recommended.!

This place is awesome! Very well kept and clean facility, and the staff is super friendly. Me and a friend went late to get piercings, and Chris was the one who helped us. He was amazing! Very friendly and entertaining, and he took his time to make sure everything was done properly. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

What a great place, with three really talented and personable artists. I am 61, and this was my first tattoo. I was stunned by the quality of the work, and had a great time chatting with the artists. I would not hesitate to go back.

Real talk, this is the best shop I’ve ever been to. I got hands down the best tattoo I’ve ever gotten, and it makes me sad I got my others done by anyone else because they look amateur in comparison. Great conversation, great people, great work, great price. Honestly, don’t look any farther.
